February 19th 2025 - President Trump declared the New York Congestion charging program dead.
June 20th 2025 - Judge rejects the Department of Transports attempt to link Federal grants to immigration cooperation. Congress did not authorize or grant authority to the Secretary of Transportation to impose immigration enforcement conditions.
July 17th 2025 - Trump withdraws funding from California's bullet train project to punish Givernor Newsom.
July 18th 2025 - California to sue Trump Administration over the withdrawal of high speed rail funds.
July 20th 2025 - The Trump administration has said it will take action against Mexico after the Mexican government cut flight slots and forced cargo carriers to relocate operations in Mexico City. The U.S. Department of Transportation alleges the decisions violate a bilateral air agreement made in 2022/23.
July 22nd 2025 - Visiting the US will soon require a $250 visa integrity fee, which may be re-imbursed.
August 13th 2025 - The Transport secretary opens up about butting heads with Elon Musk to ensure commercial flight safety within US airspace.
