February 20th 2025 - CNN - Birthright Citizenship - Trump falsely claims that the United States is the only country that has birthright citizenship.
February 20th 2025 - Birthright Citizenship Appeal. An appeals court refuses to allow Trump end birthright citizenship. The Fourteenth Amendment of the Constitution (1868) and Federal Statute intentionally and explicitly place beyond the President's authority to condition or deny.
March 10th 2025 - Appeals court refused to lift block on Trump's executive order attempting to end birthright citizenship.
April 18th 2025 - A U.S. born citizen was held by ICE in Florida jail despite birth certificate presented in court.
June 4th 2025 - The Justice Department puts pressure on the Appeals court to reverse a court ban and allow Trumps ban on Birthright citizenship to go ahead.
June 27th 2025 - Supreme Court Rules that Trump can ban Birthright Citizenship for those born to undocumented persons in the US.
July 24th 2025 - Trump's birthright citizenship order is unconstitutional an appeals court rules. We conclude that the Executive Order is invalid because it contradicts the plain language of the Fourteenth Amendment's grant of citizenship to all persons born in the United States.
August 7th 2025 - The Department of Justice tells Judge it will ask the Supreme Court to quickly rule on constitutionality of Trump's birthright on this citizenship order.
August 7th 2025 - A 4th Judge blocks Trump's birthright order nationwide in fourth such ruling since the Supreme Court decision to allow Trump to remove Birthright citezenship.
